At Taybars, your satisfaction is our top concern. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, please refer to our limited warranty policy for further assistance.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

Timeframe:
Initiate returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date (as noted on your receipt). Requests beyond this period cannot be accepted.

For Change of Mind:
Products must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in their original condition. All items in a set or multi-item package must be returned together. Items labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are excluded. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for online orders.

Note: This policy supplements your consumer rights as provided by law.

Condition of Returned Items:
Ensure that returned items include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts. Additional charges may apply if the item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or improper assembly.

Returns Due to Quality Issues:
For returns or exchanges stemming from a defect or quality issue, Taybars will cover the return shipping fees and waive any restocking charges.

Returns for Personal Reasons:
For returns based on personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to confirm its eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Important Information:
Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted. Taybars is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process, and unauthorized returns are non-refundable.

Approved Returns & Exchanges:
Once approved, a prepaid return label and detailed instructions will be provided. Please include all original packaging, accessories, and complimentary items. Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified by email. Approved exchanges are processed promptly, and refunds are issued within 1–3 business days to your original payment method, with an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If your refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, please allow extra processing time and contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
