    The Patented Cowl Air Induction Cooling System Features a Locked Motor Wattage of 1800 Watts and a Circuit Breaker for Safety. This grinder is a Size No.12 Grinder, Not a Size No.5 or No.8 Like Smaller Grinders, 2-1/2 -Inch Diameter Output for Ground Meat and 2-Inch Diameter Feed Tube.

    All of our products are made to order and production begins only after payment is successfully processed. Handling time for t-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies is 1–3 business days, while for other products, it will take 5–7 business days.

    Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?

    We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

    Will I Be Charged VAT Taxes?

    Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

    A. Return Policy

    We will assist you in exchanging for a replacement product or issuing a refund under the following circumstances:
    • You received the wrong product.
    • Your order contains damaged products.
    • Your order has printing errors.
    • Part of your order is missing from the package.

    B. Return Procedure

    If you need to return a product, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return request
    is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return the package. Items sent back without a
    return request will not be accepted.

    C. Refund

    Once the return request is approved, we will send you a return label within 1-3 days. The corresponding amount will also
    be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24-48 hours after the return is confirmed. Please check
    your account after this period and inform our customer service department if you have not received the refund.

    D. Commitment

    • We will be responsible for sending you a new product if the issue is due to a fault on our part, and you will not
    incur any additional costs!
    • Our customer service team will receive the information and assist you in resolving the issue within 12 hours of
    receiving your notification.

    E. Notes

    You must request a return within 21 days of receiving the goods. After this period, we will not support any returns
    under any circumstances. Additionally, we will not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
    • Incorrect delivery address provided (apartment number, house number, street name, etc.)
    • Typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by the customer (for
    customized products)
    • Choosing a model or size that does not meet personal needs
