BRIGHT LIGHTS: With three levels of brightness, the portable power bank can be used as a professional flashlight when needed, which is very suitable for use when the car breaks down, power outage at home, or a tent power supply. The 1st level can be used for 68hrs(light up a small room), the 2nd level can be used for 48hrs(lighting for walking at night), and the 3rd level can be used for 37hrs(light up the living room). There is SOS mode, use the international SOS frequency for help.
SECURED & ASSURED: The Battery Management System (BMS) allows for voltage control, temperature control and more advanced safety operations. All of our products are made to order and production begins only after payment is successfully processed. Handling time for t-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies is 1–3 business days, while for other products, it will take 5–7 business days.

Can The Order Be Delivered To Multiple Addresses?
We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

A delivery to P.O Boxes and Military APO/FPO address is available.

Will I Be Charged VAT Taxes?
Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges.
By placing an order through taybars, you agree to the terms outlined below. We have established

A. Return Policy
We will assist you in exchanging for a replacement product or issuing a refund under the following circumstances:
• You received the wrong product.
• Your order contains damaged products.
• Your order has printing errors.
• Part of your order is missing from the package.
B. Return Procedure
If you need to return a product, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return request
is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how to return the package. Items sent back without a
return request will not be accepted.
C. Refund
Once the return request is approved, we will send you a return label within 1-3 days. The corresponding amount will also
be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 24-48 hours after the return is confirmed. Please check
your account after this period and inform our customer service department if you have not received the refund.
D. Commitment
• We will be responsible for sending you a new product if the issue is due to a fault on our part, and you will not
incur any additional costs!
• Our customer service team will receive the information and assist you in resolving the issue within 12 hours of
receiving your notification.
E. Notes
You must request a return within 21 days of receiving the goods. After this period, we will not support any returns
under any circumstances. Additionally, we will not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
• Incorrect delivery address provided (apartment number, house number, street name, etc.)
• Typographical errors or inaccurate information provided by the customer (for
customized products)
• Choosing a model or size that does not meet personal needs
